How can I make an enquiry?

To make an enquiry you can directly contact the owner. First of all, you need to Signup or Login to the website.

Then, go to the listing page of the chosen accommodation and fill in the contact form to make a request without any obligation.

How much does it costs a subscription?

How can I make a booking?

To make a booking, first of all, you need to Signup or Login to the website.

Then, go to the listing page of the chosen accommodation and fill in the booking form with the required details and wait confirmation from the Owner.

Is there any commission or fee payable on bookings received?

Not at all.

Only affording a fixed minimal annual expense, you will stop to pay outstanding commissions or other hidden fees on each booking received through the use of the vast majority of other online bookings websites.

We do not even charge any fee or commission to your Guests, they will pay the same price you will advertise on your listing.

Is there any fees or commission for Guests?

No, we do not charge any fees or commissions to Guests.

How can I submit my property?

Am I allowed to contact the Owner by phone?

If there is a telephone number mentioned within the chosen accommodation listing page, you can even call the owner of the accommodation directly by phone.

Signup or Login to the website in order to see the full details of the owner.

However, we strongly suggest to communicate each other using our website facilities, in order to keep more evidence of your reciprocal agreements.

How can I update the information on my listing?

What is included in the price of an accommodation?

It depends on the information and services provided by the Owner of the accommodation within the listing page.

Our website provides a wide number of features and listings may be fully customizable by the Owners.

If a single or more information is not present or up to dated, please contact the Owner of the accommodation for further information.

How can I create an Account?

Creating an account is really straightforward, throughout the Signup button or the Submit Property button which allows you to log in easily.

Our comprehensive Owner’s Guide explains how the whole registration process works.

Do I need to make a down-payment to reserve an accommodation?

The Owner of the accommodation will inform you if a down-payment to reserve the accommodation is required.

How can I log in?

Use Login button and please fill in the form with your username and password.

You should have received an automatic generated by the system email during your initial registration.

If it is instead your very first registration, and still you don’t have an account, please use the Signup button and follow the instructions.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?

Policies and rules for cancellation may vary.

It is possible that the Owner of an accommodation will request a cancellation fee.

Please contact the concerned Owner about the cancellation Terms and Conditions.

Is the website available in other languages?

Unfortunately, not.

The website is currently available in plain English only, but we are aiming to develop the website introducing multiple language feature.

If you are willing to give a boost to your listing employing different languages in your Property Description, you are indeed more than welcome to do so.

How can I create an account?

Creating an account is really straightforward, throughout the Signup button which allows you to log in easily.

Fill in the form providing your username and e-mail address, then simply choose I only want to book. Don’t forget to agree with our Terms and Conditions and solve the captcha trick.

You can now create your account and a password will be emailed to you. Check your email and find your username and password, then Login using your new credentials and you are now in!

Welcome in your own My Profile page, now is time to complete your details. The more details you will provide, the more satisfactory will be your experience within our website and it will allow us to better serve you and be of your help if necessary.

Once finished, you can save your details with the update profile button, change the password received by email or even upload your smiling photo.

How long does it take until my accommodation is published?

It may typically take up to 24-48 hrs.

The contents of each property submitted is thoroughly checked by our Team.

Except for Free Membership, the publishing of your listing may also remain pending until the full payment of one of our Subscription Packages.

Once your listing is published on the website, you will immediately receive a notification by e-mail.

Is the website available in other languages?

Unfortunately, not.

The website is currently available in plain English only, but it is in our plans and we are aiming to further develop the website introducing multiple language feature soon.

How my listing can be more attractive and appealing to Guests?

When listing your accommodation, be sure to have a detailed description, take advantage of the wide number of features available on the website, add clear pictures of good quality and introduce yourself to your prospective Guests.

Which type of accommodations can be submitted?

Our website gathers only self-catering accommodations, genuine B&Bs, small Guest Houses and Pensions or little and charming Boutique Hotels.

We do not distract nor confuse your guests, hosting within our website any other type of service (i.e. Hotel chains, Restaurants, Flights, etc..).

I noticed different packages pricing for VAT or No VAT registered owners. How is it applicable to me?

In case you are not a private person, please enter your full details of your company within the Additional Info / Hidden Field in your own My Profile page, together with your VAT registration number.

VAT number provided will be verified through VIES database and you will be invoiced in accordance with article 196, EU directive 2006/112/EC – VAT reverse charge.

The location of my accommodation is not correctly displayed on the map. How can I adjust this?

First Login with your E-mail address and Password in your own My Profile page.

Go to the Listing Location sector of your property listing and check the full correctness of your address, including Zip code, State and County details.

If the address is correct but it is still not correctly displayed on the map, try to enter the GPS coordinates and save. The address should be automatically displayed on the map in the right position.
